Lighting source of white color Light emission diode has a problem that becomes feverish by high power consumption. In generally, luminous efficacy of fluorescent lamp is about 110 lm/W, and white color LED is up to 100 ml/W(1). The temperature of feverish condition increased about 85℃(2). Such high feverish condition drops down luminous efficacy. And diamond membrane is anticipated for heat spreader. According to adopt diamond heat sink, deviation of falling down luminous efficacy is about only 1% (without diamond heat sink, deviation of dropping down is about 13%(2))
